bird watching in Panama City

hi guys,

I know about the Metropolitan Park as good place for bird watching but i was wondering about other bird watching destinations in Panama City and what species can i expect to see?

hi there,

The Soberania National Park, which is one of the country's most renowned birdwatching destinations and you can see birds like the Blue Cotinga and the Green Shrike-vireo up close and personal.

The Soberania National Park is also home to the famed Pipeline Road as it's home to some 300 bird species.

I would advise to choose a Panama birding tour package as it will include accommodation as well as other great destinations.

i would say Blue Cotinga and the Green Shrike-vireo

There are plenty of places to do that activity. Bird Watching in Eastern Panama, San Blas and Darién is awesome while the Central Panama Birds are good as well.

A few more place are in the Famous Pipeline Road and Soberania National Park. But I have to say that I have seen a lot of people enjoyed bird watching at Western Panama Region
