What do you recommend on a 1 day visit to colon panama

We will be in colon Panama on a visit for several hours off the Jewell cruise what do you recommend?

hi there,

If you like shopping, the city of Colon is known as having one of the largest duty-free zones in Western Hemisphere.

"The Colon Free Zone"is a good place if you want to shop around for some interesting wares. There's well over 1,000 companies selling duty-free goods here, spread out over approximately 600 acres.

Also, you could take a trip to nearby Portobelo, which is about a 40-minute car ride away. This place has some historic vestiges worth exploring, such as the San Lorenzo Fort.
