|  Panama Carnival hey there, We're booking our holiday to Panama very soon but I wanted to confirm with you when the Panama Carnival is held and where does the carnival take place? thanks |

|  Re: Panama Carnival hi there, Vía Espana or Espana Street is the main avenue in Panama City where the bulk of the parades and festivities take place during the Panama Carnival. On the Friday before Ash Wednesday, which falls in February, carnival takes place. If you are planning a trip to Panama, you may want to come during the carnival, as it really is a fun thing to do. In fact, during the parades water trucks spray party-goers, and people are known to also get drenched by water balloons and buckets! |
