|  Re: Pennsylvania Wine Tours hi there, One of the most popular wine tasting tours in Eastern Pennsylvania is the Annual Great Tastes of Pennsylvania Wine and Food Festival, happening in Split Rock in June, Pennsylvania near Lake Harmony which is around 30 minutes drive away from Philadelphia. | Re: Pennsylvania Wine Tours If you're in Central, PA, Nissley winery near Elizabethtown has a really cool self-guided tour. They will provide you with a guide book then you visit an old stone furnace, the vineyard and the fermentation and bottling rooms. Finally, when you're done, you're in for a great tasting. Enjoy!
