Default Cusco to La Paz

Hi, am planning a trip and want to know how easy it is to get from Cusco to La Paz. Should I be looking at bus or train? Also, from La Paz, does anyone know how to get to Chile? Apparently a train runs to Arica? Thanks for any help.

From Cusco you need to go first to Puno. You can take a bus a train or a flight (1 day of travelling). From Puno you can take the bus to La Paz (5hours).

From la Paz to cHile, I am not sure. I have not done that route.

have fun!

apparently there is a train too which still goes through puno.
I'm looking at the same route. Not much point in flying, it still takes 8 hours to get from a-b and you don't get the scenary...

Yea, I agree flying is not the best option here. Late afternoon departures, delays and you mees the great Andean country side.
