Here's some helpful advice on making an Inca Trail Reservation. It is recommended that you make a reservation for the Inca Trail and pay for your entrance fee well in advance. Reservation bookings should be done: December, January, March: 3-5 weeks in advance April, October, November: 6-8 weeks in advance May, September: 2-3 months in advance June, July, August: 3-4 months in advance In Feburary the the Inca Trail is closed. You can still visit Machu Picchu.

What I have been noticing with Inka Trail is that every year it is getting more difficult to get in. My experience with Peru For Less last year was that I could tell hikers to book with 2 months in advance. Now, I tell them to book it 4 months in advance just to be 100% sure you will get it. The cool advantage of working with www.peruforless.com is that we have a driect link to the Inka Trail Authorities' upated availability list. So you can even just call us at the toll free number 1-877-269-0309 and we can give you a real time update of the Inka Trail availability status. You can ask for me Richard or any other representative will be able to assist. Enjoy .... For more information on our Inka Trail service go to http://www.peruforless.com/adventure/adven_incatrail

before making a reserve for the Inca trail trek, you chooses a good local operator, I and my friends we had some problems with the spaces and the fear to send money. I can recommend (www.alltrekcusco.com) taste much of its aid and the haste whereupon responded to us, also are some other as good operators as All Trek, the trip of qente and Andean Life although their prices are excessive.
