flying into Manila

hiya,

we're flying into Manila but will be heading to the main island of Luzon what airports would you suggest landing on?Also, once in Luzon, what's the best way to get to the other lands? thanks!

hi there,

Once you arrive at the Manila International Airport, you can get a taxi to get to the Metro Manila but jeepneys are cheapest form of transport. If you prefer a quicker mode of airport transport, you can use the light rail transit system.

If you are heading to the main island of Luzon you can also arrive in Angeles City, at the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport.

Once in Luzon, you can use the ferry service to get to the other islands. Although, if you're on a time limit, you can fly into the smaller Philippines airports on islands like Mactan, Palawan, and Mindanao.
