| We'll be traveling to Manilla in March and staying there for 14 days. I am planning our itinerary of places to see and I'd like to include a trip to the Banaue Rice Terraces? is this feasible from Manilla? has anyone done it before and is it worth it? |

| The Banaue Rice Terraces take about 13 hours to get to by bus from Manila. It's a worthwhile trip, though be warned that you will be absolutely knackered! I had the chance to visit the Banaue Rice Terraces a few years back and I can say that these terraces are truly breathtaking since it's hard to believe that men hand crafted these rice terraces without today's technology. I'd definitely suggest seeing the Banaue Rice Terraces if you have the chance.. I am hearing stories of the terraces eroding and not being taken care of. Who knows when you'll have a better chance to see them so go ahead and do it, you won't regret it! |
