|  Puerto Princesa Underground River hello, During our trip to the Philippines we'd love to tour the Puerto Princesa Underground River..what is it like and do we need a permit.. I wanted to get more info on this forum please share some ideas. many thanks |

|  Re: Puerto Princesa Underground River Hi there, Puerto Princesa Underground River is located in the island province of Palawan and it is truly an amazing attraction. You ca see strange formations and wildlife such as bats in the cave. The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park offers park-operated paddle boats that will carry you down the river, and the trip takes about one hour. Having said this, you do need to get a special permit before you are allowed to board a boat. These permits can be purchased at the tourist information center that can be found at the pier in the town of Sabang. |
