Finally, we are about to plan our first ever holiday to the Philippines and I would appreciate all the input we could get!

First, I wanted to ask what a holiday to the Philippines might entice and what we can expect there...do people speak English there?

Also, we love water activities. Can you suggest any popular place where we could this?
