imagine abseiling off the Colosseum! lol proly not a good idea considering the historial cultural factor - not v good way to preserve such a significant and majestic piece of architecture but would be kinda cool for a photo LMAO

I am not in total agreeement with the new 7 wonders selections, but since they are set in stone, they will be in my future travel sights.

I thought Chichen Itza was great but I enjoyed Copan in Honduras more.

The Great Wall of China? I think that depending where you view it has a lot to do with your final impression. My climb was on a very cold, windy (Gobi desert sand blowing in), day and the section I went to was SO STEEP in places that it was a chore rather than an experience.

The Roman Colliseum--I was just there last week and it IS impressive.

Of the original 7 Wonders...I've made it to Ephesus, Rhodes and Olympia and while they are not intact today, they would have been quite awesome during their time.
