Thumbs up Futuristic Immersive Video Camera - The Ball Bot

Here's my fantasy immersive video camera. Imagine placing a 360 video camera on top of the ballbot and a remote control. Press record and your steering and recording a 360 moving video. Researchers develop mobile robot that balances, moves on ball instead of wheels or legs

Hey, check this out: Video Thing: More DIY 360° tests
Put one of these on the Ball Bot. Not a panoramic experience, but very visually interesting nonetheless.

I have a feeling we're going to be seeing effects like this soon either at places like Sundance or Cannes or in the next wave of horror movies.
