hi,

I was wondering what is the main draw in Vieques Island and how do you actually get to it? any ideas guys?

hi there,

The main tourist draws of Vieques Island are its three main beaches, Red Beach, Blue Beach and Green Beach.

Red Beach is the most popular, and easiest to get to but Blue Beach offers a serene glimpse of the Caribbean.

Green Beach is home to clear waters and it is a great place for surfers and snorkelers.

Vieques Island is also home to the world's largest bioluminescent bay. Puerto Mosquito is where you'll find tiny plankton, lighting the midnight waters with their single celled bodies.

Most people reach the island by the Farjado-Vieques Ferry but you can also take a direct flight which takes less than a half hour.
