hi,

we're a couple of adventurous travelers planning a trip of a lifetime to Russia. In particular, we like the idea of visiting the Russian Far East? Any places worth going there? any input is appreciated?

If you are adventurous, one of the most popular destinations in the Russian Far East it's the The Kamchatka Peninsula which is located in the eastern reaches of vast Russia, and it is best known for its unspoiled landscapes and excellent fishing.

The Kamchatka Peninsula is also home to the Volcanoes of Kamchatka, where you'll find the largest volcano in the northern hemisphere, called Klyuchevskaya Sopka.

On the area, you'll also see great mountain scenery and rare wildlife, including brown bears, foxes, and moose.
