hi,

is car hire available in Saudi Arabia? if so, where would i find car hire when we get there?

Car-hire agencies can be found in the larger towns in the Kingdom, as well as at international airports. Local companies tend to be significantly cheaper, but always check that full insurance is included. Prices usually stay the same throughout the year.

Saudi Arabia rates for the smallest cars at international agencies generally start at $40 per day. If you rent for a month or more, prices drop by around 30% or more. Be sure to negotiate.

There’s usually an additional charge of around $1 to $2 per kilometre, although most agencies offer the first 150km free.
