Recommendation for Whitewater/Camping trip?

Some friends of mine and I were thinking about going whitewater rafting for an afternoon and then staying the night camping afterward. We want to keep this cheap and were wondering if anyone could recommend us a good trip for a good price, something around fifty bucks or so; we have our own tent and can bring our own food. Most of us have gone once before so we're not clueless about what we're doing, but can't handle expert-level stuff. Thanks a lot!

A good place for rafting in South Carolina is the Chauga River, found in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, bordering the Sumter National Forest.

These river spans over fourteen miles long and it is great for rafting. The surrounding forest is a good place for camping.

You can arrange an afternoon of rafting for between $45 and $65 per person, although food is not provided on half-day trips, so make sure you bring some food with you.
