|  Re: Jewel Cave National Monument Hi there, Apart from exploring the caves at the Wind Cave National Park, other things to do on the surface of Jewel Cave National Monument include exploring the ponderosa pine forest and rugged canyons in the park where you can admire the many species of beautiful colorful wildflowers and also do some bird spotting. There are also self-guided hiking tours on several trails and other nearby attractions include the iconic Mount Rushmore, the Devil's Tower, and Custer State Park. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
