| Re: best time to visit Barcelona hi there, Spring and fall are two of the best times to visit Barcelona because of the pleasant weather. June and July are hot and humid which makes it a great time to visit, if you're on a budget as flights are cheaper. However, it is unpleasant walking around the city center during the hot months. Barcelona tourism is at its peak in August, and it is when you'll get flocks of travelers from all over coming down to Barcelona so avoid it if you don't like big crowds.
