The Pamplona Running of the Bulls run in Pamplona from July 6 to July 14 every year, and it's as cool as it looks on TV, but not so cool when the bull gets you by its horns! I too use to think the running of the bull is cool, and it is don't get me wrong. The run itself must give you such an adrenaline rush. However, I witnessed someone getting horned, and that really messed me up so ended not doing the run, and won't be doing it in a hurry! |

Youtube the running of the bulls and you'll see why I'd have reservations. As far as tips, from talking to locals who have run and survived, the main thing is not to run on your first day there and watch it the first time to get an idea of what to expect. Personally, from watching the running of the bulls up-close the one thing I realize was that the bulls weren't the thing to worry about, but other people around you falling on top of you or tripping in front of you. |

|  don't do the Pamplona Running of the Bulls I can see everyone is shared some great tips, but I'd like to give you my views and hopefully why shouldn't do the Pamplona Running of the Bulls. 1) It's a death wish..running in front of a raging bull, then runners that get tag complaint about being horned (go figure) 2. What's the point? if you're a trill seeker like me, you'll know there is more exciting and safer things to do like jumping off the Eiffel Tower. 3) It's wrong! everything about the Pamplona Running of the Bulls and bullfighting is disgusting. We can't call other people savages, when we consider bullfighting (spain) and fox hunting (UK) okay, is it? |
