There are many quiet beaches near Madrid and I like Playa de Bakio beach. It is an excellent and well-preserved beach where families and couples could spend their day without numerous people crowding them.

Playa de La Arena Muskiz is also one of the well-known beaches of Spain for summer enjoyment. It has a play area for children and you can’t see more people here.

Playas de Gorliz and Plentzia are two safe and spacious beach resorts. Gorliz has an amazing pine tree cultivated area, so you can enjoy your shaded picnic there.

Ondaretta is a less crowded beach and many Spanish locals consider Ondaretta as a perfect swimming spot.

If you don’t want to go far away from Madrid but you want the calmness of water, then the large artificial lakes in Retiro and Casa de Campo are the perfect places. Both these offer rentals of pump boats and canoes that are best for sailing. Both of them have a vast green space and numerous leisure events, so you can enjoy the natural ambiance here.

We enjoyed our trip as much as we could, Have a nice trip and enjoy well, because many stuffs you could never do at home.
