| Spain Spain is perfect for the adventurer, wine sipper, and the art connoisseur alike. Plan Barcelona Tours and Day Trips to Vila Olimpica at Poble Nou or the impressive Picasso Museum. Spain also has some of the most popular beaches between Malaga and Gibraltar. Run for your life as the bulls are released every morning in Pamplona. |

| I'm on my way to southern Spain for a vacation with my girlfriend and I'm looking to catch some killer waves. Any thoughts? |

| Hey Edge, Our friends at Oceano Surf School / Costa de la Luz - El Palmar Surf Shop / Surfboard and Wetsuit Rentals says it's Costa de la Luz, between Tarifa and Cádiz has the best and most consistent good waves for surfing, particularly the beaches of El Palmar in Conil. Costa de la Luz. hosts several barreling beach breaks and a few excellent point and reef breaks. Enjoy your trip and when you return a trip report would be most excellent. If your by the surf shop tell Rosalia we said hi! Cheers, Dan

| jrc, I've heard that while the food can be great in Portugal (esp if you like seafood and wines), a lot of the coastal towns (ie, beaches) can be a little on the "dirty" side. Online I've seen lots of great pictures and read lots of great things, but from people I know with firsthand accounts I've heard they could be cleaner. It's not like you're going to be dodging hypodermic needles in the sand, but I've heard there are some that you'd want to avoid. |
