|  getting married in St Maarten hi, im deciding whether St.Marteen is the right place for our wedding and I was wondering what things I should know about getting married in St Maarten? |

|  Re: getting married in St Maarten hi there, A few things you will need to know about getting married in St Maarten is that you need to be at least 21 years of age, have your birth certificates, valid tickets to return to your home country, and obtain a temporary tourist permit from the Lieutenant Governor. Also, there is different rules on both the French and Dutch sides. For instance, on the Dutch side, you don't have to be living on the island for at least 30 days prior to getting married in St. Martin, which is the case on the French side. |
