|  Traveling to Lucerne This summer time will be visiting Lucerne although we haven't booked tickets yet. I was wondering what to expect there as i would be traveling for the first time to this town. Also, what do most people get up to there and things to do can you suggest? |

|  Re: Traveling to Lucerne hi there, If you travel to Lucerne for the first time, this town has charming cobblestone streets, delightful architecture, and a series of lovely covered bridges. In fact, the bridges of Lucerne span the Ruess River, and the most renowned bridge is the Chapel Bridge, which is an impressive 670 feet long. When you're there, don't miss the Water Tower, which was originally a fortification, but it is now a museum. Also, you can visit the Fine Arts Museum and the Swiss Transport Museum. |
