Default helicopter ride over the Smokies

Did anyone try the helicopter ride over the Smokies. Is it scary because my 8 year boy likes to do it and we’re planning our trip next month….

The Great Smoky Mountains are thought to be one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world, and to this day Great Smoky Mountains National Park is one of the most popular places to visit for mountain lovers. The mountains are breathtaking. It's about as close to God as one can be. If you love nature and beauty, you will love the Smoky Mountains. I wouldn`t say scary for a 8 year old I would say exiting, more likely. The Smoky Mountains are an incredible place to visit! It`s great to take kids to see this beautiful place before they grow up! Words cannot do justice to this place. You won't regret it.
Have a great time.

Default Re: helicopter ride over the Smokies

hi gkdd, I have taken several rides with my son and it was 30-40minutes. Each ride has been wonderful, the views were excellent, had a super fun. It was a well worth of money.. Kids love this very much, so your boy won’t get scary because my son was also 8 when we tried this ride. He did it …and the overall experience was just an awesome feeling. It was unforgettable. Great way to see the whole area, including some of the mountain. But, fortunately I took a video of the ride because it was more than 100 dollars. Probably worth it though. Scenic helicopter tour is the best way to explore the Great Smoky Mountain, so go ahead with your son.

Also I would suggest Dolly wood Theme Park for you to take your son. He will definitely like it.
It is the Great Smoky Mountain’s great holiday adventure spot and having roller coaster rides, so don’t miss it.

Have a nice trip!
