Gatlinburg chalets or Gatlinburg cabins

hiya,

This spring we are looking at a two week relaxing getaway to Gatlinburg..We initially thought about Gatlinburg cabins but I was wondering if Gatlinburg chalets are the same thing..anyone know the difference?

Gatlinburg chalets offer more and better amenities and they are usually have a better location, being in close proximity to the city's galleries, shops and restaurants.

If searching for a chalet rental on the internet keep in mind that many of the chalet photos can be deceiving. The interior photos are often taken with a wide angle lens giving the appearance of bigger rooms. This isn't often an issue but if looking for a smaller cabin you can end up with something much smaller than you bargained for!
