| We've always lived in San Diego and my husband is looking at jobs in the Houston area. Is there anyone from San Diego who's made this move and can you telll me a little about the area and the people? I'm a little nervous, we have no family in Texas and this is a big move for us. |

| Moving to a new city is exciting, but to a big city like Houston is really a nervous experience, my sister recently moved from Dallas to Houston and she said Housten is a wonderful city with friendly environment and low cost of living. The cost of living is 40% below than the other major metropolitan areas of Texas. Houston has all including good hospitals, top academic institutions, research facilities, and numerous accommodation facilities. And the Houston Zoo, Houston Space Center, Museum District, and Theater District are some of the must see places in Houston. So, enjoy your life in Houston, best of luck :) |
