hi there,

The Emerald Buddha temple is easily the most popular Thailand temples. It is located on the grounds of the Grand Palace, and it is a two-foot sculpture carved from a single piece of dark, green jade, sitting high above an immense, gold alter.

Also, be aware that the Emerald Buddha is also one of the most sacred of Thailand temples. Which means, men must wear long-sleeved shirts and pants and must be wearing shoes with socks, while women need to ensure that shoulders are not exposed and clothing fabrics are no see-through.

The emerald Buddha in Bangkok, Wat Po in Chiangmai, Erawan Temple in Bangkok, Mahathat in Nakon Si Tammarat and Yai Chai Mongkon Temple in Phitsamulak. Those are the places to go first of all. Of course all the smaller temples are beautiful and sacred as well and worth a visit ;)
Best regards
