|  Pros and Cons of using the passport card Is there a reason to ever get a passport card? and does the passport book have any restrictions? Any thoughts? thanks |

| Re: Pros and Cons of using the passport card There is no reason to ever get a passport card, unless you only travel to Canada, Mexico or Caribbean, as the passport card is used to expedite document processing from the U.S. borders between these regions. I think that the biggest pros of using the passport card is very convenient if you're a frequent traveler who live on the boarder of Mexico and Canada. However, the biggest cons of using the passport card is that it cannot be used for air travel. |
