how long does it take to get a passport?

Does anyone know how long does it take to get a passport?

A lot of people wonder "How long does it take to get a passport" and from experience I can tell you that you can expect to receive the passport in the mail within 6 weeks of applying.

I hope you didn't leave it to the last minute because it can take even longer than this, it all depends when the passport office process the passport, they may even need more info from you so this could delay a passport being granted to you.

Yeah normally about 4-6 weeks on average, I guess it depends if you are born in the country your trying to get a password for. If not it may take longer I guess
