Anyone knows or has any tips on how to find Amtrak discount train tickets online?

Amtrak offers special prices for international travelers, and weekly discounts on specific lines and dates, though the weekly discounts sell out pretty quickly, though, so you need to plan ahead! Often, Amtrak offers discount codes for students and AAA members - look around so you can make sure you get a cheap Amtrak train ticket.

Searching, Searching and Searching on-line is actually the way to go about to find Amtrak discount train tickets, though don't overlook travel agents, especially if you fancy someone else do the leg work for you.

From experience, I can personally say that travelling during the off seasons is a good way to find affordable travel.
