Be prepared to countenance the climatic condition of your destination, as few of you may find it difficult to adjust to the new climatic conditions.Always, have with you some medication for cough, cold etc in your medicine kit, and also have the phone numbers of your family doctor.

Yes it is always essential to wherever you are going to travel to know if that particular place is cold to make sure you have the appropriate gear and medicines......!

Yes! Before traveling, you should have everything ready including your medical kit. It is very important especially when you are out of the cities or in the remote areas where you can find nowhere to buy medicines. At that time, if you get sick you will become a doctor for your self!

We should always choose secure way to the destination & taking some medicines along with. Travel insurance is not bad idea if we are going to far away. We should have insurance before starting traveling. If one has not such budget to do insurance then he will have to choose secure way & some light potency medicines as well.

Travel insurance is very important. Choose a travel insurance that will include reimbursements in cases of very long flight delays

yes I agree! while travelling we have to take care of our health and safety so its better to go for Travel Insurance because they will take care of our medical expenses and other emergency conditions that might occur while travelling.
