| hi there, Trinidad and Tobago cuisine is varied and features many influences such as African and Asian ingredients. The country's dish is Callaloo and macaroni pie. Most dishes in Trinidad and Tobago include a lot of rices, meats like pork and of course seafood. Seafood dominates Trinidad and Tobago cuisine. Lobster, king fish and shark. If you want to try baked shark, Maracas Bay is one of the best places to try it. A great desert that you must try is gulab jamun which is an Indian desert made of dough balls which are cooked in a sugar syrup, and saffron. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
