|  Things to do in Marmaris hey guys, Has anyone in this forum been to Marmaris what is it like? I heard Ankara is nice but we prefer somewhere less touristy preferably. Also, any suggestions on things to do in Marmaris ? |

|  Re: Things to do in Marmaris Hi there, Marmaris is an ideal vacation spot as it is located about halfway between the cities of Izmir and Alanya. Marmaris does draw many visitors due to the lovely beaches here, so it is not as quite as you'd expect. Things to do in Marmaris apart from enjoying the beaches include sailing. You can charter bareboat or skippered sailing vessels while you're there. The nightlife here is also exciting with popular “Bar Street”, which has clubs and bars that remain open till dawn, and the beaches boast clubs with music. |
