I'll be going to London for 2 weeks and some places on my list I want to visit are the British Museum, Westminster Abbey and some churches. What are some of the other interesting places to visit in London that are worth visiting?

You should definitely add a trip to Madam Tussaud's and the Dungeons on Tower Bridge. There is also the London Eye which offers 360 panoramic views of London and the Thames River. For a bit of shopping, head to Oxford Street which is filled with hundreds of shops and department stores. Also, not far from Oxford Street, it's Hyde Park. At the park, you'll find Speaker's Corner on Sunday afternoons where people get up on their soapbox and speak their minds. Very entertaining!

Yeah London is a huge city. You have to plan it as better as possible to be able to watch the beauty in London. I've been there quite a few times and every time is brilliant. West End is a nice part to visit rather than tourist attractions which are endless you should go for a soccer match cos it's like watching the theatre:) Def to visit... London Eye, Madame Tussade, London Zoo, Hyde Park & Picadilly Circus for some fun.

Hi, London is a big place to visit. Last time when we went to visit London, we hired a company that provides the services for the traveling along with the insurance. These provide the right cover to the backpackers. We enjoyed a lot there and played several adventurous sports like bungee jumping, skiing and others as these all are part of our travel package. My advice to you is hire a travel company that can provide you the best services with full comfort.

London .... wonderful place. Full of life and speed. As you are going for 2 weeks I think getting all basics together is most important thing. You should plan where to go as soon as you step out of airport.
