|  day trip to belfast from scotland hello, im looking for info on transportation between Edinburgh and Belfast as we want to visit Belfast on a day trip...is catching the bus an option? if so, how much? how long? who with? sorry for all the questions..i appreciate any comments! |

|  Re: day trip to belfast from scotland You can get from [b]Belfast[b] to Edinburgh by taking the Ulsterbus Express 923, which costs £52. The trip takes about 8 hours, then, you travel across to Scotland by ferry, to Stranraer in Dumfries and Galloway and then you continue your coach trip to Edinburgh. I think buses are the cheapest way to get from Belfast to Edinburgh, though of course there are flights which will be quicker but more expensive. |
