I need help - Isle of Man / London

My girlfriend is moving to London and I want to move and be close to her accordingly but the best place I could find right now is in the Isle of Man (please don't ask me why, I'd appreciate if you respect my privacy). I was wondering if there's any cheap way to get from the Isle of Man to London and vice versa. I am basically looking to see her very frequently (at least 3 times a week) so I am not sure if airline companies can make some arrangements with people like me or perhaps it's better to take a boat?

I'm sure if she was living in Blackpool it would be much easier to get to see her but she's going to be in London and I appreciate your help and all advices.

Hi there,

A ferry ride with Steam Packet from Isle of Man to Liverpool (around 1 ½ hours) and then a train ride form Liverpool to London will set you around £100. There is special deals for students and it will be cheaper if you purchase a RailCard.

Bear in mind, that ferries tend to be cancelled or delayed if there is bad weather.
You could also choose and airline such as Flybe with a direct flight from Isle of Man to London (Gatwick) for around £120 return trip depending on the date you are planning to travel and you are advised to book in advance.

If money is not a problem, I would advise you taking an airline as you can be more flexible with dates if you are planning to stay three days in London each week.
