Best place to live in England

I am looking to shift to england in the next year...Will you please suggest me which is the best place to live and work there.

London is best city in England for live, it is best for living, shopping, travelling and night life also. Scotland and Birmingham also good for living. but first i prefer London.

In my view New Castle is the best place. The reason is it is economical too, you can easily manage to live here in all aspects.

You should ideally buy or rent a property somewhere near your work area. Since you want to know about a place with active nightlife, I would suggest Newquay in Southwest Cornwall. It is the party centre of England with about 200 pubs and bars and 12 nightclubs. Guess, that is what you had wished for!

The regional areas of Devon, Dorset, Avon, Somerset, and East Anglia are some of the best places to live in England. I've vacationed in all those areas and the quality of live is fantastic and second to none. London is a cool place for a city vacation but as far as living there I wouldn't recommend it..unless you're coming to England for work purposes.

North/North-West are lovely places to reside. The likes of Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds all offer fantastic opportunities which provides you with great nightlife without the high costs of living in the south.

Brighton is my favourite. I lived there for a couple of years and loved it. The nightlife is great and because the city is not as big as London, you can get a taxi back home for just about a tenner...
