|  wanting to go to Big Island hello everyone, We live in Oregon and we'd like to visit Hawaii this August. We are looking at a vacation in Big Island so my question is: where are nice spots where we can see lots of nature and enjoy recreational activities? |

|  Re: wanting to go to Big Island Puuhonuat O Honaunau National Historical Park is the best place in the island to see wildlife and enjoy fun activities. The park is actually a refuge for Hawaii's endangered sea turtles. These sea turtles are huge and you will be able to see them swimming among the coral gardens of the bay. You can do snorkeling and even enjoy whale watching if you were to visit between November and April. Honestly, this place is stunning! Take a look at a virtual tour of Honaunau National Park to see what I mean... |
