|  subway in Venezuela hi, i needed some input on transportation in Caracas.. has anyone used the subway? is it expensive? |

| Re: subway in Venezuela Hi there, The metro is a fast way to travel between Palo Verde in the east and Propatria in the west.One-way tickets cost Bs.F0.50. If you plan to use the subway frequently, get the multi abono card which costs Bs.F4.50 and it's valid for 10 rides anywhere on the system. The Metro operating times are 4:30am to 11pm everyday. I recommend using the subway during the day and opting for taxi if you need to travel at night in Caracas. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
