The 1000 year ceremony of the Great Thang Long(Hanoi) is a historical and political event. This landmark event will highlight the value of Hanoi, Vietnam as a favorite tourist destination. Our rich history of 1000 years and picturesque location offers a unique experience within South East Asia.

Vietnam MICE services have developed products and services to discover this 1000 year old history of our ascending Dragon land by offering personally tailored team building packages.

Participants will have the opportunity to discover the History of Hanoi by participating in a fun and interactive educational race around the city. The team will be required to work together in order to solve the clues leading them to their next destination. The main objective is to solve the Emperors 1000 year old secret by working as a team through the challenging course.

Working alongside the Trang An people(Hanoian), participants will have the opportunity to learn the age old betrothal ceremonies, the history of the architecture and the significance of drinking and eating within Vietnamese culture. VMS will also supply a guide who will show selected old villages, historical locations and cultural features that have sculpt the face of our much loved city.

VMS are working in conjunction with Hilton Hanoi Opera Hotel as a preferred partner. Hilton Hanoi Opera Hotel is a well established and trusted brand within the travel industry and we are very excited to be working together on this project.

Hilton Hanoi Opera Hotel will be offering a free welcome reception during the initial brief and offers the option of including cooking classes to be hosted by their world famous Executive Chef……. Themed dinners are available e.g. “Decoding Thanglong Eating Secret” in either the Hilton Hanoi Opera Hotel Ballroom or one of our many famous icons; the Opera House, Historical Museum and the Temple of Literature.

VMS are honored to have Vu Minh Tho working with us on this project. Tho is the finalist for the prestigious Paul Morrison Guide Awards in 2006 and has featured in the Wanderlust Magazine in the UK and in Andrew Zimmerman’s Bizarre Food Television show. He has also stared on Vietnam’s hidden charm series for VTV1 and will be working with the teams to pass on his great knowledge.
