International airports in Vietnam

hello,

We'll be booking a trip to Vietnam real soon and I wanted to know other international airports in Vietnam there is to choose from?

Also, we'd be flying from the states and we were planning to stay in the city of Da Nang, any ideas?

hi there,

There is an international airport in the city of Da Nang, which is located in the center of the country but it is only for flights coming from other Asian countries. If you intending to stay in Da Nang, you will have to fly there from Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City unless you are coming from a country in Asia.

Also, I'd like to add that once you fly to Vietnam you will find you can get fairly cheap intra-country Vietnam flights to various parts of the country, even to the lovely Phu Quoc Island, which has an excellent airport facility quite close to the most popular beaches and most of the island's hotels.
