|  Boardwalk Art Show and Festival The Boardwalk Art Show and Festival has a wide variety of performing arts, dance, music and the theater. This is just one of the many annual Virginia Events. It is a four-day festival in Virginia Beach's boardwalk is one of the best outdoor art shows and it's FREE! Artists will compete for cash prizes and sell their work. So if you're an artist, it's best to register for this event early. If you enjoy art and want to enjoy a day out on the boardwalk, then make it out to the Virginia Beach boardwalk in Virginia Beach.
