Hey Strike, The Salute! Wine Festival in North Carolina featured the Throwback Band, Braco and Double Take bands. Did you manage to go?

The North Carolina Wine Festival happened like back in early May...i went to the Salute Toronto Wine + Food Festival in May also, now that was well worth it! Looking 4ward to next year's

We did miss this year's North Carolina Wine Festival, which happened at the end of May, but we can look forward to the next event in 2012. And of course, there are plenty of wineries that are happy to welcome you any time of the year. With harvest coming up, there are bound to be some fun events. And then the tasting rooms are usually open if you want to sample the state's bounty.

The same goes for Virginia too, since this is in the Virginia forum!
