I'd like to take my small family to Washington DC in mid September for the first time. Im searching for family-friendly activities so I need your input on popular things to do in DC with kids..any ideas?

There are hundreds of things to do in DC with kids, so you'd love the attractions that the city offers.

For instance, the Museum of Natural History is one of the top family attractions in the city because of the many activities here alone.
