| we're visiting the nation's capital this spring to more deeply appreciate history. So, we thought to add to our experience why not staying in a historic hotel..have you any recommendations in Washington DC? |

| I couldn't agree more about staying at a historic hotel. There are many hotels in Washington DC such as the Hay-Adams, which is located across from the White House. I believe this house turned hotel was owned by John Hay who was the private assistant to President Abraham Lincoln. If you happen to visit DC during the 4th of July, try the Morrison Clark boutique hotel, which is the only inn in the nations capital to be listed on the Register of Historic Places. |
