Washington DC

Washington DC is the heartbeat of the entire United States nation. Attractions here aren't hard to come by, it's getting it all into one trip that's the problem. Stop by the National Mall and see the Declaration of Independence at the National Archives. Sit at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. Walk along the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Enjoy all the US Capitol has to offer.

Default Guided Tour in Washington DC

I'm going to be staying in Washington DC for a week in July and was wondering if anyone could recommend any guided tours in the area? Thanks in advance.

Hi I have been to Washington DC a few times and I know a few tours that they have. The best one I would recommend is the Old Town Trolley tour. This tour takes you around all the places of interest in Washington DC and you are allowed to get off or get on as many times as you like throughout the day. It’s fully narrated so I found it the best way to learn about the attractions quickly. There us a bike tour that takes you by all the monuments. Or if the weather is nice you can go on a boat tour which tells you about the city while you ride in an original WW!! DUKW

Yes ofcourse Old Town Trolley tour is the best way to explore Washington DC city. It gives the opportunity to visit more than 100 points of interest.

This Old Town Trolley tour allows you to get off at any of the convenient stops and very close to the attractions. You can visit memorials, museums, and historical points of interest as well as opportunities for dining and shopping throughout the city. Trolleys will come by each stop every 30 minutes.

During the tour, you can visit The White House,Jefferson Memorial,Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam memorial,
Smithsonian Institution, Ford's Theater, Old Post Office, Union Station, Arlington Cemetery, Nation Cathedral,FBI Building, National Archives...and much more!

Online ticketing convenience is also available for Old Town Trolley Tours, get the ticket from "Historic Tours of America(phone number: 1-800-213-2474)" and explore the city of Washington DC!!
