Washington DC

Washington DC is the heartbeat of the entire United States nation. Attractions here aren't hard to come by, it's getting it all into one trip that's the problem. Stop by the National Mall and see the Declaration of Independence at the National Archives. Sit at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. Walk along the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Enjoy all the US Capitol has to offer.

Wink Historic Hotel in Washington DC

hi there!, on our way to Virginia we're planning to spend 2 nights in Washington DC and our purpose is to visit the world famous monuments, museums and memorials. We prefer to stay in any one of the historic hotel in Washington DC to experience the spectacular historic delights of the city. We have never been to D.C. before, any suggestions on which one to stay at closest to the site seeing? Please advise.

The Hay-Adams hotel is one of the popular historic hotels in Washington DC. It offers excellent views of Lafayette Park and the White House. why don't you try this? It is a bit expensive hotel, but the services are fabulous, if you don't mind the cost then contact them on (800) 853-6807 and make your reservation, all the best!
