|  best neighborhood in seattle to live I am looking at settling in for a few years in Seattle and I was wondering what neighbourhoods is best for a subtle city life? |

|  Re: best neighborhood in seattle to live One of the best neighborhoods in Seattle for a quite city life has to be Ballard, I think you will love living there! There are nice houses, great views and Shilshoe bay at the bottom of the hill to the west. Ballard is quiet and has a rich Scandinavian heritage, as well as a subtle nightlife and friendly locals. Some other great neighbourhoods in Seattle can be located on the Eastside of Lake Washington such as Kirkland, Redmond and Bellevue. These are quite expensive neighbourhoods but if you can afford it, it is worth it! |
