|  Whidbey Island Kite Festival This weekend, Camp Casey Conference Center will host the Whidbey Island Kite Festival. I know some of you may be thinking, eh whatever but give it a try! Personally, I thought the same thing a couple years back but I'm glad I attended it at least once. They've got demonstrations and music. Even better...they have these special kites that festival-goers can test out. Believe me, it's not as easy as it looks! There's definitely a different kind of skill to it. Who knew kites could cost nearly 100.00! |
