|  Milwaukee festival Hello there, can some give me more information on the Milwaukee summerfest? has anyone being there before? can u recommend places near the festival? cheers Fleischer |

| Re: Milwaukee festival Hi Fleisher, The Summerfest is located in some 75 acres, right by the lake Michigan. There is a great variety of food stands and beverages of your choice. At the summerfest, you can also shop for jewelry, novelties, clothing, and other things while exploring the grounds. The Marcus Amphitheater can accommodate around 23,000 people, but you will definitely want to get your tickets in advance if you have a band in mind that you want to watch. It is also important that you book your accommodation in advance to avoid disappointment. You can find good affordable lodgings in downtown Milwaukee and I would recommend franchises such as Hilton, Hyatt, Wyndham, and Sheraton.
